The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill of the Law on Economic Principles of Treatment of the Separate Types of the State Property

The Bill (Reg.№4407) envisages the determining of the legal and economic basis for the treatment of arrested, without owner and some other kinds of property.

According to the Bill it is planned to fix legislatively the demands to the determining of the cost, register, preserving, in time realization of separate kinds of the property. It envisages the implementation of the open, competent procedures of realization of such assets.
